This episode of Antihero Unplugged is all about falling into Wonderland with Alice, but not just her Wonderland, ours too. Inspired by Disney’s Alice in Wonderland (Geronimi, Jackson, & Luske, 1951), this episode walks you through her whole story, from chasing the White Rabbit to facing the Queen of Hearts, and shows how every weird, chaotic moment feels way too familiar. The rabbit hole becomes the spiral we fall into when we say “just five more minutes” and suddenly it’s 3 a.m. The Caterpillar asking “Who are you?” is that identity crisis we all get when people expect us to have our life figured out.
