Now for something completely different…this week we are joined by Sophie Marsh, and, much like Princess Jasmine, we are taken to explore a whole new world.

Sophie is body-poet. Not sure what that entails? Well you’re about the find out. Sophie fuses her poetry and writing with movement, somewhere between dancing and yoga. This fusion of creative mediums is something that really interests us, especially when the line also becomes blurred between art and well being.
