In Chapter 4 I talk about how I started dating Josh, he was very charming and swept me off my feet at first. I knew from the beginning that he cared a lot about aesthetics and I thought “Man, I’m gonna have to lose weight if I’m gonna keep this guy around”.

I talk about how I found fitness and it helped change my life and give me something to focus on other than my failing relationship. I was living a life that was a lie, I would tell myself I that was happy, but I would feel awful around my ex. 

My sisters wedding broke up my relationship, in the best way possible! I realized “What the hell am I doing with this dude, I could never marry him.” The day after my sister’s wedding, I told my sister and friends “You know what? I think I’m breaking up with Josh, and if I do I'm moving back to Tulsa.”
