Podience, remember when we spoke on you feeling like an imposter with imPOSTERIOR SYNdrome? Not only is it a cardinal white-collar sin, and insidiously puts the syn in synergy, but I reveal in today's episode that feeling an imposter is mostly not your fault! There is this WC cancer that infects, multiplies and convinces its hosts that they're suspect and, their own hard work, they should reject. It is what I call tier gaslighting of the corporate persuasion. You have likely experienced this firsthand or observed it in startling detail with a colleague. Today, we will nab it and nullify it until it is effectively neutralized. Many apropos quotes await along with an uplifting nugget. Unwind, with me, the daily grind, and this tier gas, let us dissipate, in tandem, as we clear the area and make the air, and our workplace space, more breathable.
