Chemohawk Sessions

Chapter 51: White-Collar, Black Belt: Social Justice Warfare (C.S.C.S. Constant State of Culture Shock)

Listen Later

Podience, I formally bid you a happy, not to be confused with sappy, New Year! Will it be a new year, a blue year, an askew year, a taboo year...will it be the year you broke through, fell through or withdrew? Will this be the year that you changed or otherwise rearranged your fstars world view? This gamut of options, I leave to you. It has been a pleasure aurally serving you in 2022, now I have new recordings to do and new topics to pursue. I am excited, the excitement is palpable as fstars, and no one can deny me this palpably excited state I have found myself in. Today, we will discuss the truth and how an ugly, offensive truth is oft more valuable, telling and informative than a sightly, lukewarm lie. I remind you of America's past and how pejorative terms will always last. I once thought that much I knew; now, I know, that's just untrue. Call it like you see it, Podience, and call others as you see them, but never at work. No, never, ever at the workplace. A few undeniably apt film references wiggle their way into this session, but the focal point of this episode is that there is a refreshing calm to watching Walt Kowalski, from Gran Torino, speak on how he sees the world, and there is a suffocating approach to raw, unadulterated language and how it is being stifled and subdued like the licking tentacles of a growing flame in our contemporary world. Unwind, with Falsetto Prophet, the new year's old fear of the daily fstars grind.

Cheers to all that is to come... as it comes to us! -Falsetto
