Jones continued to work his full-time weekday job and drive the cab at night on weekends to attempt to lower his personal debt. He was determined not to file bankruptcy regardless of how frugal his life had to be.  He wanted to exemplify to others the consequences of personal finance mismanagement and the moral choices he made for redemption.
