Fandom breakups hurt! It can be bittersweet when you just lose interest in a fandom, or it can be because the Thing becomes Rough to enjoy.  Hannah Davey and Becca have gone through some fandom breakups with the same media and we discuss those things and why we drifted away.

DISCLAIMER: We don’t want to convince ANYONE to stop enjoying their thing! Please enjoy a thing if you like it! We are just talking about that sad feeling of no longer being able to enjoy a thing to the degree you used to, for various reasons. Sometimes fandom helps sustain interest, sometimes a thing changes too much, sometimes a piece of media ends and it’s Done and so are you.

Also, we end up taking a biiiiig tangent (because it’s happier to talk about than fandom breakups) into giving D&D campaign advice if you want to play or DM/GM.
