No more deleting yourself from your own life!
You deserve to be seen and heard!
Chapter 7 is when we put it ALL together so that you show UP and speak UP, no matter if that means you’re going to ruffle some feathers.
How devoted are you to living YOUR LIFE? First of all, you won’t be able to answer that question if you are not 100% certain about who you are as a woman. What are your values? Where are your lines in the sand? What matters to you? What do you need in your life? Most importantly, what do you refuse to tolerate anymore?
Susan cautions women about deleting themselves from their own lives by hiding in the background, hoping not to be noticed. You don’t want to be the woman who is noticeably absent from your family photo album… or from the center stage of your life!
In this week’s episode of the MIND BODY BARE Podcast, Susan and I share stories of how we learned to NOT make a scene until we couldn’t hold it in any longer.
And how we are committed to showing up on behalf of all the women who came before us… our mothers and our grandmothers, to name a few. (Oh, you have to hear the story about how my grandmother made a scene when I was in 3rd grade and the boys were bullying me. I’m sure she’d be arrested today for the scene she made).
YOU MATTER.
In chapter 6 we did a mind detox of all the thoughts that make us play small. Those thoughts are called “toxic” for a reason.
