Chapter 8 Activate Love

A few years ago, I set out on a journey to live with greater trust in love and return to my connection with the holy spirit. I walked away from the things keeping me in the shadows. I looked at the lies I was telling myself and said, "If not now, when?"

So I started walking across Western America, exploring the backroads and landscapes of 15 National Parks. My teenage daughter filmed me as I walked towards the love.

Each day, I opened up this spirit of unconditional love and found guidance that was there all along, my higher self—a place rooted in self-love and compassion.
