Honesty is the courage to be vulnerable, to have transparency about where we are coming from, and to realize what motivates us to do what we do. This is where the path takes me next as I listen to the guidance of the Higher Self. The unconditional love that sits there waiting for me to utilize such a power.

And it begins when I can be honest with how a situation affects me. This accountability for how I contribute to the energy field around me permits others to do so, too.

Come, let's be honest, for that is most powerful.

What we put out comes back in a reflection. This energy creates a perceived reality, so that is why self-love is powerful. Having empathy for ourselves naturally helps us have compassion for others. When connecting with unconditional love, a holy spirit emerges, and we can forgive.

Before engaging with the outside world, check-in and align with a deep spirit of love. The foundation of a holy unconditional love allows god's love to flow through us. And we become capable of acts of kindness that are otherwise impossible.

The Mirror

Even in our disagreements and conflicts, we need each other. No matter how upset we are with each other, we are still connected. You cannot have 'this' without 'that' they depend on one another. 

Whether good or bad, the experience requires the other, and we are always within the greater whole. We are on the same earth, trying to get something or find something.

We Are One

You cannot create without first destroying something. Often, the things we find beautiful come from making a mess. We disassemble something to make something new. So, I must remember that when things fall apart, it is always creating something new.

There is no escaping the fact that everything is connected, and I am always part of it, whether I am coming together or falling apart. This love is always with me; I am connected to everything. LOVE IS GOD!

When everything feels against me when it seems there is no hope. There is an opportunity to activate this love. It's in the darkness that I must bring forth the faith and trust in this unconditional love. 

Today is the day to ACTIVATE LOVE!

There is pain, suffering, and then grace, compassion, and love. There is a balance between duality, and I am learning how to embrace the contradictions of life. I am harnessing the power of duality and using its momentum to achieve a balance of spirit.

This is what I am to learn now: duality and balance.

What matters, what really matters to you? It begins with such a simple but often profound question. This question brings insight into why I care so much about certain things. 

I explore the dependency of the loser on the winner and how each is just as important. The real joy and reason for our desire is in the process. And it is comforting to know that each thing is just as important. On this day, I began to feel more connected.

The subconscious mind takes time. It requires time to function properly, and this 'time' is needed for the relationship to exist. The experience of the relationship is processed through the subconscious mind. That is simply why going through difficult emotions can require time so one can learn about what is going on in the relationship.

We often want to move through it fast because of uncomfortable feelings, but what is life without the time to experience the relationship?

That is the lesson for me today.

I know I can't prove it to you, but it feels like I came to earth to help my parents. I thought I could help them see what I see. Somehow, that's how I feel the relationship has always been; I am trying to find a way to help them see the love.

Love Came To Earth

'You are enough' is a simple but very meaningful mindset to live with every day. Unfortunately, I have spent a lot of time in the shadows, feeling that no matter what I do, it will never be enough.

I learned that this is due to looking for external approval. I have gotten lost in needing the acceptance of others and forgotten that within me is the very love I seek.
