Breathe deeply! Breathing slowly and deeply tells our brain to relax that and we are safe. Feeling safe often increases our sense of happiness.  

This is something you can do at work; you can do it while in line at the bank, or in any situation that you find stressful.   Deep breathing also oxygenates the brain which is important.
