Receiving my HIV diagnosis was one of the most challenging moments of my life. Little did I know that the hard stuff was only just beginning. Processing this in the mind would prove to be my toughest obstacle. Nothing can prepare you for the stigma. The crazy part is that a certain level of the stigma came from my own mind.
