Trinity Jagdeo is a CEO, 5X-published author, advocate, motivational speaker, AND just 22 years old. After learning of the lack of representation there is in the media for people with disabilities– through her best friend Alexus's experiences– Trinity decided to take matters into her own hands, and create that representation herself. She has published 5 children's books that each center around a superhero with a certain disability, and each character is based off of a real child who lives with it– sharing their struggles, but more importantly, their incredible strength and powers. Trinity and her work have been featured in Forbes and on The Today Show– just to name a few. She is also the founder and CEO of From We Can't to We Can, which raises awareness and funding for families of children with disabilities. She and Kylie have a conversation about the substantial difference that representation in the media can make for a group of people, balancing life being young and professional, and how we can all be a little bit more compassionate in our day to day lives.
