Feeling lost in the chaos of adulthood? Join Sabrina in this transformative episode where she candidly reflects on her personal journey of growth over the past decade. Discover how she navigated the complexities of life, shedding the weight of others’ expectations and embracing a more authentic version of herself.
Sabrina opens up about her past self—always saying yes, striving to be the perfect friend, and stressing over others' opinions. You'll discover how she learned to prioritize her own needs, becoming more intentional in her relationships without losing her dependability. She shares powerful insights on why being a good person doesn’t guarantee you’ll be everyone’s favorite character in their story, and how that realization has shaped her approach to friendship.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- The art of being present over being everywhere, and why that shift matters.
- How to stop letting the fear of judgment dictate your choices and find freedom in self-acceptance.
- Ways to cultivate deeper connections that don’t rely on constant availability.
Sabrina emphasizes the importance of knowing who you are and being okay with it, which can be life-changing. If you’re struggling with societal pressures or feeling overwhelmed by friendship dynamics, this episode is your guide to reclaiming your time and energy.
Join Sabrina on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Perfect for anyone looking to break free from the chaos and embrace a more intentional, fulfilling life. Tune in now and start your transformation!
Adulthood is not a finish line—it is a messy, moving target, and nobody gets a rulebook. Sabrina strips away the pressure to have it all figured out and gets real about the biggest myths of growing up: thinking adults know what they are doing, believing friendships are supposed to stay the same forever, and assuming your life should follow one universal timeline.
She explores why “ready” doesn’t always arrive before a big decision, how friendships can deepen even as they grow quieter, and what it feels like to watch your parents age. Along the way, she shares a freeing truth: you can outgrow people, places, goals, and even your former self without failing.
In this episode, you’ll hear about:
Sabrina also challenges the idea that success is measured by status symbols, offering a more grounded definition built around peace, freedom, and becoming someone you’re proud of. If you’ve ever felt behind, compared your chapter to someone else’s, or wondered whether you’re doing adulthood wrong, this conversation may feel uncomfortably accurate—in the best way.
For anyone navigating a new season of life, questioning their timeline, or learning how to let go without losing themselves, this episode offers a reminder: you don’t have to have everything figured out, and you’re always allowed to turn the page.

Welcome to the very first episode of Chapters of Chaos!
So… I actually started a podcast. After overthinking the name, the logo, the equipment, the plan—and pretty much everything else—it was finally time to stop trying to make it perfect and just hit record.
In this first chapter, I'm introducing myself, sharing why I created Chapters of Chaos, and talking about what you can expect from this little corner of the internet. From motherhood, work and relationships to books, current events, getting older, personal growth and all the random thoughts in between—nothing is really off limits here.
I'm also introducing Chaos Confessions, a recurring segment where we'll admit the messy, funny, awkward and very real things we'd normally keep to ourselves.
This podcast isn't about having life figured out. It's about talking our way through it together.
So pour your coffee, wine, water—or whatever is getting you through the day—and welcome to Chapters of Chaos.
Question of the Episode: What chapter are you in right now, and what's the chaos that comes with it?
Let's start turning the pages.
Embrace the chaos.
