Justin is the CEO of K&D Landscaping in Watsonville, California. Taking over as the CEO of the family business in 2015, Justin's leadership has brought K&D from a $1 million company to over $16 million in revenue.

As a passion project, Justin also co-hosts the Trades Talk Podcast to help inspire contractors.  

Justin joins the show to discuss the importance of clear vision, good systems and processes, and having the right people doing the right things as keys to success in the Green Industry.
