A table full of well-made terrain not only makes a game more tactical and interesting, but it also tells a story. Warcaster was built for terrain in mind with its rules for movement, climbing, and jumping. In this episode, we discuss the different ways to create a thematic table with playable terrain. We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of buying, printing, and scratch-building.

The inscrutable Aeternus Continuum is a vast cult outlawed by both the Alliance and the Marcher Worlds. Primarily known and feared for their piracy, armed incursions, and violent abductions, few outsiders recognize the true scale or purposes of this shadowy organization.
In this episode we explore the lore and the tactics of the cult. We are also joined by Privateer Press digital sculptor, Doug Hamilton, and he talks about sculpting the Continuum and also the personalized backstory of his army.

In this very special episode we talk to the creators of Warcaster Jason Soles and Matt Wilson and learn about the Empyreans and their plan for the galaxy. In the Charge section we cover the Aeons, Cyriss Prime, the nature of the Hyperuranion, the Keepers, and dive deep into the background of Warcaster. We also get some really exciting spoilers for the next Warcaster Kickstarter and the new cadre formations.
Cadre's are a new formation type where you take certain combinations of regularly accessible models to unlock access to other models or abilities. Players can include 1 or more cadre's in their armies in addition to other models

Here are the load outs Jay runs for AC Scourges.
Scourge 1 - Revenger Cortex w/ Hollowphage Cannon, Void Splitter, and Nailer.
Scourge 2 - Attack Cortex (Recently switched to Misanthrope Cortex for added fury protection as several of my regular opponents have been adding Cryo Lock into their Stacks) w/ Force Rod, Rocket Pod, Nailer
Scourge 3 - Misanthrope Cortex w/ Entrophier, Stinger Cannon, and Nailer
The basic thought behind each of these jacks it to include ways to add and remove arc so each jack never ends up sitting on large amounts of arc that can't be returned to my pool. For example the Revenger Cortex would likely be better served by a Stinger Cannon then a Void Splitter as it is more of a long ranged jack and doesn't engage with the enemy in melee as often as the other two, but adding the Void Splitter as an another option to spike to remove arc beside just the Claw on the Scourge is advantageous.
