As we all know, inflation is increasing the costs of supplies and products in our industry. We have been seeing a lot of posts on social media recently on small businesses raising their prices- which is great, however, sometimes that can come with staff asking for a raise for themselves.

This episode will give you the tools on how to write your raise request from a CONFIDENT voice that is WORTH the raise. How to schedule a meeting, what to have prepared, how to figure out how much you make an hour after tips + commission, and so much more! 

The formula for figuring out your wage including extras: Your total earnings sum (we recommend after taxes) / hours worked that pay period= hourly rate

Example: ($500 paycheck + $400 in tips + $200 in commission) is $1,100. Divided by 30 hours of work= $27.50
