Taylor Geaglone is more than just the reigning defensive player of the year for the University of New Haven Field Hockey Team. She is a student-athlete that experiences things just like everyone else. In this episode Taylor explains how she got through all the ups and downs of balancing a sport, being a student, finding time for work, a relationship, and being a college student. Five years of experience served her well and she says that it is okay to ask for help and it should be more available for those dealing with mental health worries.
