Taking care of your health is a form of self care, but why do we neglect it so much? Is it because we don’t want to hear what we already know or because we are scared it’ll be something devastating? Both, but I hope my experience gets you to pick up that phone and schedule your next appointment.

Este año fue un poco lento, pero les prometo que nada ha sido lento en mi vida.

This year was a bit slow but I promise you, nothing has been slow in my life.
