Well, us in the media have all been waiting with bated breath for Donald Trump to release his “Fake News Awards.” This has been something Trump has been promising since early this year, tweeting out on January 7th: “The Fake News Awards, those going to the most corrupt & biased of the Mainstream Media, will be presented to the losers on Wednesday, January 17th, rather than this coming Monday. The interest in, and importance of, these awards is far greater than anyone could have anticipated!”

We spoke a bit about sexual harassment/misconduct and the Me Too campaign in the last hour, but in a different angle to the story, the list is growing of actors who are expressing regret over working with director Woody Allen.

Questions surrounding sexual assault and how to deal with allegations have been swirling since the Me Too campaign brought to light the challenges faced by women in almost every profession. Former MP Peggy Nash has been instrumental in implementing workplace harassment policies, and says the answers we are looking for are not as elusive as they seem.

This past week, a summit was held in Vancouver, as security leaders from 20 different nations discussed the threat North Korea poses to the world.
