In the early 1990s, several women turned up dead in a Dallas, Texas neighborhood, all missing their eyeballs. Another woman went to cops to report that she had narrowly escaped a man trying to kill her. It wouldn't take detectives too long to find their suspect, build their case, and bring a killer to trial.
