On this episode of the podcast, we're doing a deep dive into what it’s like living on campus. We’ll be talking about the logistics (like, where does your child do their washing? Does anyone do the cooking? Will they have access to cleaning materials?) and we’ll also be talking about the benefits and convenience of living on campus.  

We speak with one of our Student Ambassadors, Liam Chester, about his experience living on campus. Liam has lived on campus for four years in multiple types of accommodation, so he really is the perfect person to speak about what it’s really like

It's Open Day season! In episode 5, we're helping you get the most out of Open Days, career expos and campus tours. We'll walk you through what to ask, what to look our for and who to have a chat with. We're also speaking with Charles Sturt Student Ambassador, Laura Van Kuelen, to give her insights on what she did at the various Open Days she attended when she was in high school to help her make the best decision for her.

In episode 4, we’re exploring how you can help your child manage their time and energy through their senior high school years. We’re joined by Cath Finlay, she is a Skills Development Coordinator here at Charles Sturt within the Careers and Skills Hub, she also teaches at Charles Sturt and she’s also a parent. Cath has ran workshops for current students on managing their time and energy and today we’re learning how those tips can also apply to senior school years and help your child to thrive.
