For more than 30 years Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School in DC has been at work educating the most marginalized adults in DC to help narrow the skills gap and empower them to break their cycle of poverty.  In this episode, Lecester Johnson will discuss the need, impact, and best practices for providing adult education across America.  Ms. Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in operating education and workforce development programs.  She holds degrees from George Washington University in Transition Special Education.
