Charting The Course

Hannah and Miranda explore how life’s challenges can harden our hearts and lead us into darkness, while sharing how to let God’s light back in, press through the storm, reclaim your identity, and walk boldly in His calling for your life.

In this episode, Hannah Boyd, Founder & CEO of Collective Revenue, shares the powerful and deeply personal story behind building one of the most trusted billing and revenue-cycle companies in the optometry industry.

From being laid off during COVID, to juggling motherhood while her husband was still in optometry school, to hearing God’s clear direction to start her own business — Hannah opens up about the moments of fear, obedience, and faith that shaped Collective Revenue into what it is today.

She discusses:

• The vision behind Collective Revenue and why clarity, stability, and integrity matter

• The meaning behind the compass logo and how it reflects her calling

• The turning point where she finally stepped into full obedience and launched her company

• What she hopes Collective Revenue will be for every optometry practice they serve

This episode is for anyone navigating transition, stepping into a calling, or wrestling with fear while trying to follow God’s direction. Hannah’s story is a reminder that purpose often rises from discomfort… and that sometimes God builds your next season in the middle of what feels like loss.

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to trust God with your career, your finances, your family, and your future — this conversation will speak right to you.
