Chase Edwards on medical malpractice and how the Arizona Trail race allowed her to feel revived (Part 1)
Chase Edwards is the AZT 800 winner in 2021 who battled the Covid pandemic like no one else. As the pandemic was forcing society inside, Chase was battling a misdiagnosed adderall-induced psychosis which forced her to lock herself inside. The AZT 800 race was her way of finding peace with her trauma. After preparing for only two months, when normally a race like this would take at least 8 months of preparation, she was determined to get back on the bike. Her story was so inspirational, and I’m excited to share it with you.
