Holly is a pro bikini model turned CrossFit athlete who coaches in person and online and her sister Howie featured on the Channel 4 documentary Genderquake, where a group of young people from all backgrounds races and sexes were brought together as part of a project to raise awareness for gender identities.

In this episode we have a good catch up and talk mainly about gender and sex and how the stigma and overall outlook on sexuality should no longer be such a taboo subject. We also talk about training and how holly is now pursuing her patios of CrossFit.

Episode #10 of the chase greatness podcast welcomes IFBB pro Physique competitor and great friend Sarah Marie Bell. Sarah currently lives in Dubai where she runs a successful coaching business. In this episode we talk about the current covid-19 pandemic and how she is dealing with limited training facilities, how Dubai is now her new home and also how she has recently gone through a spiritual journey to find inner peace.

Episode #8 of the chase greatness podcast welcomes Dan Osman. Dan is a Health and nutritional coach who has years of experience in the fitness industry under his belt. He also co hosts the incredible Fitness Unfiltered podcast so if you haven’t already go and check that out. In this episode we talk openly about mental health and the stigma around the subject especially within the fitness industry. Dans experience in competing gave him some great experiences but alongside that came a host of mental health issues. Dan also raised over 6k by completing a charity event where he pushed a fitness tank that weighed over 100kg for 24 hours straight.

Episode #5 of the chase greatness podcast features @Aaronclark 🎙

At the age of only 14 Aaron lost a close friend to suicide, suffering such a tragic lose would be incredibly hard for anyone to deal with but being just 14 and with no real support around the subject he was forced to push the event to one side and forget about it.

Later on in life and suffering from his own mental health struggles he decided to focus on helping others who had been through hard times. What started as a group of young lads talking about mental health in there local gym quickly spread and the creation of Mental Health Muscle was Born.

Since then Aaron has dedicated his time to spread the word of mental health and help hundreds of people who have similar issues regarding this mental state of mind.

In this episode we speak openly about anxiety and depression and get an insight into how Aaron has managed to control his darkness and now focus on being the best version of himself not only for him but for his family too 💪🏽
