Jordan Syatt is a 5x World Record Powerlifter, Gary Vaynerchuk's personal trainer, strength and nutrition coach, enjoys Harry Potter, Coffee, and Big Macs. We scheduled this episode at the end of August so it's been something I've been looking forward to for a while. We talked about unicorn coffee, Dumbledore, J.K. Rowling, Jordan Syatt's Mom, fitness professionals he looks up to, what life was like when he was 10 years old, his recent challenge that's gone viral on YouTube, pivotal moments in his career, emotion versus logic, and many more.
You'll have to give this one a listen. The audio is a little weird but that's why I need you to share the episode because that's what will enable me to one day have a budget to maybe get a better internet package or maybe some more RAM for my computer. You know. The little things.
All jokes aside, I really appreciate everyone who listens and supports The Lifestyle Chase. It means a great deal to me! Help me promote this episode by sharing it on social media! Next episode will be released 3 days from today! Stay tuned!
From Episode 1 to Episode 68. Thank you for all of your support. To all the guests so far, and the ones yet to be recorded I want to thank you for being such a big part of this passion project of mine.
Please subscribe to and support The Lifestyle Chase however you can. Through your favourite podcast app, by sharing on social media, telling a friend, or listening to an episode.

Have you ever gone skydiving? Shannon Droeske has. In this episode we really dive down the rabbit hole of the spiritual energy side of things. We talk about how she sold all her things, and we talk about what kind of coffee is better. Tim Horton's or McDonald's. We talk about her loss of a close friend who was well known in the community.
Hope you enjoy and thank you for the support!
TJ Mims is from San Jose, California but it was just a week ago that he was staying here in an Air BnB in Edmonton for the Evolve Strength Symposium. I met him at the Kansas City Fitness Summit.
TJ has had his fair share of obstacles he's found a wife that has been able to help him conquer them. We talked a fair bit about mental health in this episode, and promoted the idea that no matter who you are, what you do, where you've been or what you've done, seeing a therapist is normal. You can just go see one just to see one. If anyone gives you a hard time for it, call us up.
We talked about his favourite video games, his favourite lift and how it became his kryptonite, we talked about some of his role models, his childhood, and his experiences working in the restaurant/bar industry.
It was a good conversation and I encourage you to listen to some of the other episodes as well. Let me know what you think, I'd love to hear from you.
Please help in promoting this episode and any other episode you enjoy by sharing with your friends on social media. It takes a lot of time and commitment to host a podcast and sometimes a little validation can go a long way.
Thank you for the support!
Luke Perry has quite a story. He basically took the word vulnerability and owned it in a big way today. We talked about just about everything that we had time to talk about and went down a few rabbit holes.
Essentially, Luke loves his cat. They say cats have 9 lives. It seems as though Luke also has 9 lives, with hopefully at least 3 left still. He's a guy with lifetimes of tough life experience and yet he's a month younger than me. So it really sinks in how we could be in totally different situations and yet here we both are doing the same job in our own unique ways just trying to live our best lives the only ways we know how.
We recorded this episode on 2 hours notice a week after a major life altering accident happened as well as shortly after some major health changes.
It's all about perspective. What do we all have to be grateful for. If you struggle with ADHD you'll want to listen to this one. If you grew up in foster care you will want to listen to this one. If you're really young and you're about to be a parent, you're going to want to listen to this one. If you've ever had kidney failure, dialisis, or if that's where life is taking you, you'll want to listen to this one. If you're a personal trainer and you shy away from connecting with your peers because of the competitive industry, you'll want to listen to this one.
That should be enough reasons. Thank you for listening to this one.
