Since 2012, the Anderson brothers have been making skateboards with the help of young men from their neighborhood. Since then, Salemtown Board Co. has grown into a larger movement. In 2016, the brothers founded Maple Built, a woodworking apprenticeship program that mentors and trains young men growing up in Nashville. We caught up with Schuyler Anderson to talk about the growth of their organization over the past few years and some of the critical steps along the way.
