Sk: Vysoké Tatry boli zahalené jemným závojom hmliny.
En: The Vysoké Tatry were shrouded in a delicate veil of mist.

Sk: Hoci bola jar, ešte tu ležal sneh a vzduch bol chladný a svieži.
En: Although it was spring, snow still lay here, and the air was cold and fresh.

Sk: Marek a Iveta stáli na okraji lesa, pripravení vykročiť na dlhú túru.
En: Marek and Iveta stood at the edge of the forest, ready to embark on a long hike.

Sk: Pred veľa rokmi, keď boli ešte malí, objavili tu spolu čarovné miesto.
En: Many years ago, when they were still young, they discovered a magical place here together.

Sk: Teraz, po mnohých rokoch, sa rozhodli vrátiť.
En: Now, after many years, they decided to return.

Sk: Slávili Velikonoce a chceli znovu oživiť svoje staré spomienky.
En: They were celebrating Easter and wanted to relive their old memories.

Sk: „Pamätáš sa na tú čistinku za jazerom?
En: "Do you remember that clearing behind the lake?"

Sk: “ spýtal sa Marek so žiarivými očami.
En: Marek asked with bright eyes.

Sk: „Samozrejme,“ usmiala sa Iveta, aj keď jej myšlienky boli plné obáv.
En: "Of course," Iveta smiled, although her thoughts were full of concerns.

Sk: „Ale musíme byť opatrní.
En: "But we have to be careful.

Sk: Počasie je nepredvídateľné,“ varovala ho, obdivujúc zároveň jeho nadšenie.
En: The weather is unpredictable," she warned him, admiring his enthusiasm at the same time.

Sk: Tiež túžila po znovuobjavení tej chvíle pokoja a šťastia.
En: She too longed to rediscover that moment of peace and happiness.

Sk: Vyrazili, Marek dopredu, kráčajúc svižne lesným chodníkom.
En: They set out, Marek leading the way, walking briskly along the forest path.

Sk: Iveta kráčala za ním, obdivovala okoloidúce divoké kvety a počúvala spev vtákov.
En: Iveta walked behind him, admiring the passing wildflowers and listening to the birdsong.

Sk: Cítila sa takmer dobrodružne, no stále si strážila, aby mali čas na návrat.
En: She felt almost adventurous but kept track of the time to ensure they could return safely.

Sk: Ako vystupovali vyššie, vzduch sa ochladil a nebo sa zamračilo.
En: As they climbed higher, the air got colder, and the sky turned cloudy.

Sk: Vrcholky hôr sa stratili v oblakoch a vietor začal fúkať silnejšie.
En: The mountain peaks disappeared into the clouds, and the wind started to blow stronger.

Sk: Marek bol zaujatý, nevšímajúc si prichádzajúce nebezpečenstvo.
En: Marek was engrossed, not noticing the approaching danger.

Sk: „Marek, mali by sme sa obrátiť,“ naliehala Iveta, keď zacítila prvé kvapky dažďa.
En: "Marek, we should turn back," Iveta urged when she felt the first drops of rain.

Sk: Ale Marek, stále pobláznený svojou spomienkou, zakričal: „Sme už tak blízko!
En: But Marek, still enchanted by his memory, shouted, "We're so close!

Sk: Môžeme to zvládnuť!
En: We can make it!"

Sk: “Dažďové kvapky sa premenili na lejak a vietor sa rozfúkal.
En: The raindrops turned into a downpour, and the wind howled.

Sk: Marek a Iveta hľadali úkryt.
En: Marek and Iveta searched for shelter.

Sk: Našťastie objavili malú drevenú chatku, ktorá stála osamele za skalou.
En: Fortunately, they found a small wooden cabin standing alone behind a rock.

Sk: Rýchlo do nej vbehli, premoknutí a zadýchaní.
En: They quickly ran inside, soaked and breathless.

Sk: V bezpečí sucha, hoci vonku burácala búrka, Iveta pozrela Marekovi do očí.
En: Safe and dry, though the storm raged outside, Iveta looked into Marek's eyes.

Sk: „Prečo si tak veľmi trval na tom, aby sme šli ďalej?
En: "Why were you so insistent on going further?"

Sk: “ spýtala sa ticho.
En: she asked quietly.

Sk: Marek sklonil hlavu.
En: Marek bowed his head.

Sk: „Chcel som znovu prežiť naše staré dobrodružstvá.
En: "I wanted to relive our old adventures.

Sk: Chcel som cítiť, že som stále ten odvážny chlapec,“ priznal sa.
En: I wanted to feel like I was still that brave boy," he admitted.

Sk: Iveta ho pohladila po ruke.
En: Iveta stroked his hand.

Sk: „Chápem ťa, Marek.
En: "I understand you, Marek.

Sk: Je pekné mať sny a spomienky.
En: It's nice to have dreams and memories.

Sk: Ale niekedy je lepšie byť opatrný.
En: But sometimes it's better to be cautious."

Sk: “Búrka pomaly utíchla a slnko sa opäť začalo prebíjať mrakmi.
En: The storm slowly subsided, and the sun began to break through the clouds again.

Sk: Dvojica vyšla z chatky, cítiac sa obnovení.
En: The pair stepped out of the cabin, feeling renewed.

Sk: Videli hory, les a mali iný pohľad.
En: They saw the mountains, the forest, and had a different perspective.

Sk: Boli tu a teraz, a to bolo najdôležitejšie.
En: They were here and now, and that was the most important thing.

Sk: Znovu sa jedným hlasom zasmiali.
En: Once more, they laughed together in unison.

Sk: Iveta si uvedomila, že trocha spontánnosti nie je na škodu, a Marek, že opatrnosť môže byť tiež súčasťou dobrodružstva.
En: Iveta realized that a little spontaneity isn't a bad thing, and Marek realized that caution can also be a part of adventure.

Sk: Pevne spojení vyrazili dolu, šťastní, že priateľstvo a porozumenie sú ten najväčší poklad, ktorý si odnášajú.
En: Firmly united, they set off down, happy that friendship and understanding were the greatest treasures they took with them.

Sk: Vtedy, keď sa schyľovalo k večeru, sa s láskou rozlúčili s krásnymi Tatrami a uložili do srdca novú spoločnú spomienku na Velikonoce.
En: As evening approached, they bade farewell with love to the beautiful Tatry and stored a new shared Easter memory in their hearts.

Sk: A pred nimi ležali ďalšie, nové dobrodružstvá.
En: And ahead lay more new adventures.
