What we do is important … but it should come from who God says we are. We are so much more valuable than our profession.

About Roger Kelly:

 A minister of the Gospel, Elder Roger C. Kelly, Sr. has focused his life effort toward the spiritual, relational, and economic empowerment of the people of God through Christian discipleship and leadership development.  The use of expository scriptural teaching, along with anecdotal lessons derived from years of entrepreneurial experience, has enabled Roger Kelly to educate others in the God-established universal principles which propel its users into profound success in every area of life. 

Roger’s service unto God began shortly after salvation, when at age 20, he started home and campus bible study groups.  During these first few years of bible teaching, the young disciple recognized God's call to ministry, and was ordained through the Church of the Nazarene.  

In 1981, he founded Word Covenant Church, in Orlando, FL.  This ministry body is focused on transforming the world, one life at a time.  In the role of Senior Pastor, and as a leader within the larger Christian community, Roger passionately teaches on how to develop life vision, overcome every obstacle, and walk in the fullness of every promise within the Word of God. 

Roger retired from Word Covenant Church in February of 2017 and is now a consultant to pastors and leaders in multiple settings. Within the marketplace, Roger is recognized as a highly skilled and effective money manager, motivator, and teacher.  He owns a successful financial practice and business consulting firm, which have specialized in designing success for individuals, families, and businesses for nearly 40 years.  

Elder Kelly travels the nation, expounding on scriptural principles for success and cultivating leaders within both influential Christian and secular arenas.  He was welcomed as a guest teacher on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, and has served as Motivation Speaker, Conference Teacher, and guest Financial Expert within numerous venues.

Roger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (April 1982) and Bachelor of Theology from United Bible College and Seminary (June 1984).  He has been involved in Financial Services since August 1984 and is licensed with the State of Florida.  He has earned his CLU, ChFC and LUTCF designations with the American College.

On a personal note, Elder Kelly has been married to his wife, Gwen, since 1980, and they have a family of seven children – four boys and three girls. Roger and Gwen are now proud grandparents of nine grandchildren – five boys and four girls.

About Andrea Garwood:

Pastor Andrea Garwood is an ordained Minister of the Gospel.  She was born to Pastors Cornelius and Corilee Garwood, in Jamaica West Indies.  She received the gift of salvation as a pre-adolescent child under her parent’s ministry.  Pastor Andrea was ordained in Love Gospel Worship Center, where she has served faithfully in ministry for over 19 years.  Pastor Andrea serves in various capacities at Love Gospel as Pastor over Pastoral Care, Crisis Counseling, Prayer, and Singles Ministries.  Pastor Andrea’s God-given assignment is to preach the Good News of the Kingdom, to bind up the broken-hearted, and to proclaim freedom to the captives and release prisoners from darkness. 

Her passion is to aid those in need, comfort those who mourn, and provide consolation to those who are burdened.  Because of this passion, God drew her to the ministry of Counseling.  She earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychology and has her own private practice in downtown Orlando where she serves the community.   She helps women, men, and youth discover who God created them to be and helps them move out of a place of bondage and into a life of freedom.     She is a Founder & CEO of Living Well, Counseling Training & Consulting Services where she partners with Churches and other community agencies to address the mental health needs of families in need and in crisis.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and through Living Well, Inc. provides Mental Health Counseling, Consulting, and Healing for the Mind Body, and Spirit.  She also works full-time as the Behavioral Health Manager for a large Hospital System here in Orlando. 

The thing about Pastor Andrea that is most notable is that she loves God and is eternally grateful to God for saving her.  Her greatest desire is to please God in all that she does, for without him, life would not be worth living.  You will be blessed as you experience the gift of God through the vessel of God.
