There's no wrong way to grow! Our own growth process are unique. Don’t ever compare your healing process to other’s. If you are feeling like you aren’t where you should be or way behind in your personal growth, or comparing yourself to someone else who is more evolved in their growth journey than you, or just ‘has it all together’, these thoughts just produce shame. It’s illusion and distortion and completely unproductive.

There is no wrong way to grow, you aren’t growing too slow, the choice you make will still help you in your growth journey no matter which choice it was. You get to trust, today, that you are exactly where you need to be. Even if that trigger got you again, right? It’s okay. Stop shaming yourself and being angry with yourself. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Express gratitude for what you’ve learned and the opportunity to move forward.
