Clare's story is lovely, because she's lovely. As an NHS Physio (and let's be honest about it), she's sacrificing her own wealth and income to work there as opposed to moving to the private sector, like lots of other physios do. Sincerely no judgement on those that do, but Clare is staying in the NHS because she cares - really cares - about people, and wants to help them to feel better. And because she wants to part of something more important than her own career.
