We are wrapping up our first season and are excited to move into 2022 along with you.  

As we move into the New Year it's important to release energies that no longer serve us.  Do you ever feel the weight of something holding you back?  Why bring that with you in the new year?  We shouldn't feel limited or controlled by circumstances, people or things.  

By releasing that energy we are creating physical, mental and spiritual space around and within us so that we are ready to plan and move forward in the new year.  We have the ability to intentionally let go and create space for more happiness and abundance.

According to Chinese Philosophy, the Five Element theory describes wood, fire, earth, metal, and water as the basic elements of the material world. These 5 elements are seen in everything - from animals, people, nature, seasons, etc.  This theory is used in Astrology, Feng Shui and Qigong, to name a few.    Jennifer and Rose chat about the Five Element theory and focus specifically on the Metal element - which is the element of Autumn  and is associated with the emotion of grief and how this emotion can become stuck within the body and create stagnancy within our energy.   Listen to personal stories of how unprocessed grief can manifest as physical symptoms.
