Why your ideas or goals may fall through...

It's happened to me in the past and this years goal is to be discreet with my ideas till they come to life.

All too often they fall short because I have had my dopamine hit just by sharing my idea with the world, and this in turn tells my mind I have achieved something. When in fact I have just had an idea.... That's all.

So lets make 2024 the year we get it done, we consistently and quietly work towards our goals to gain self pride and satisfaction.

Something about the month of May...maybe even the past two months.
I know like myself a lot of beings that are around me have felt all over the place lately.

It's a collective heed to heal old wounds, get rid of negative cycling & break habits that wont serve us or humanity going forward.

Speaking from  a calm grounded place when not even 2 days prior was I all over the place & heightened emotionally. So I get it. It is okay whatever it is that you're going through right now.

Compassion is key always but especially when you are moving through some heavy stuff & sometimes we have no proper guidance/ reference points. We are the ones paving a new way so be gentle on yourself.

Remember to look at how far you have come too!

More specifically being stuck in it.

It's been since October that I have had a chance to properly sit down and chat. But I needed that time as I moved through a lot and learnt more about myself and who I want to be than I ever have.

I am so proud of the woman I am becoming and for closing certain cycles.

I have been in process for awhile now so not quite the beginning. But I wanted a time capsule of sorts. To capture where my energy is at right now during this process. So that if you find yourself in a  similar state, you can rest here for half an hour and sit with this version of me... This me in this time where I am struggling, but being okay with the struggle and leaning into love.

May this episode  serve as a reminder that the same love is present within you two x x
