    Rest is such an important thing in our lives. It allows us to reset at times, as well as reflect on things. It can give us time to show ourselves a little bit of gratitude, you know, kind of thank ourselves for doing what it is we do. But it gives us time to detox and allows us the ability to clear our minds a little bit more. None of this is going to be easy, but hey... Nothing worth having comes easy. It is all going to take focus, hard work, and determination. Just remember to stop and smell the roses and show yourself some grace. You deserve it!

    We all make mistakes in life, we hurt people, we have lapses in judgment, etc. We need to just learn to let go of those things from our past. Easier said than done, I get it. And to be honest, like I am one to talk! I have held on to things from my past too long at times, but when I finally let go of them, it feels so good. Then it is back to life. One thing I learned, and I am still working on, is to celebrate myself a bit more. Especially when I finally let go of things from my past that I cannot change, that I no longer have control over or never had control of in the first place. So come chat with me about letting go and celebrating yourself more.
