What to do with the man Jesus? Do away with him, yeild to public opinion, play with him, or make Him Lord of your live.

The disciples could have been better prepared to resist the temptation of denial had they prepared themselves through prayer.

Jesus prayed , yielded and agonized of his decision but accepted the will of God. We too must yield the will of God.

Let us come to the communion table with gratitude for what Christ has done for us. And with a commitment to live holy lives--in the grace that has been made available to us under the new coventant.

When we surrender to Jesus ---His plan for us will give us the means to resist the devil.

If our life - and even our offerings - are to be accelptable to God - We must first give Him our heart.
