With the pandemic , increased depression cases , poor political governance , ingenuine friends and relationships . I tend to believe we as the Gen z might be doomed . In these episode Leshan and I discuss various reasons why we think we are doomed .  

Instead of focusing on body positivity we focused on body neutrality that is appreciating  your body parts for their different functions and loving yourself unconditionally .
