How do you approach goal setting?

As a coach who first started coaching in the sporting world, I have seen firsthand the power of visualisation in pushing the boundaries and achieving your goals.

When it comes to January, many people focus on work goals and throw in some resolutions for good measure.  However, these can drop off fairly quickly and feel like something you “should do” vs building a compelling vision of what you are “inspired to do”.

In this episode I share how you can build a more holistic vision for your year, setting goals that are motivational across both work and life.  

How you approach January can set you up for an incredible year ahead; so find that clarity around your aspirations and start laying the foundations now.

Starting a new leadership role is a rollercoaster regardless of experience level.
