Today we’re going to be discussing how to prioritize your pleasure.  Pleasure not in the sense of like a sexual nature for example but it is physical.  Knowing yourself on a deeper level.  How many of us check in with our life choices?  And of those, how many of you look at the part on how those life choices are affecting you?  So how can we know ourselves on a deeper level?  What can we do to make sure we’re being true to ourselves and can we identify the psychological patterns? That’s what we’re discussing today!

This year I wanted to try something a little different in reference to achieving my goals.  Many times we get discouraged because, as most of us do, we lose track of what we're trying to do or achieve.  Now we've moved into the 3rd month of the year I thought it would be fitting to do a little “check-in” with ourselves.  When we prepped our goals for the year in the last episode of 2021, what kinds of goals did you set for yourself?  Were they financial? Were they about weight loss? Were they about spiritual growth?  Let's take a moment to refresh and realign our efforts so join me in this episode.
