Mental health issues can affect anyone; however, what I have noticed is that it's males that seem to have more of a difficult time with dealing with/seeking help for issues surrounding mental health.

So, what if we taught our boys that strong men also cry? What if we created safe spaces to talk about how we really feel? What if we made it a norm to break down where you are instead of bottling it up until you get home?
