Holly Reeve is the Director of Development for The CHATT Foundation.  When it comes to meeting the needs of our neighbors experiencing homelessness, Holly shares why she is optimistic about the process. She is firm in her belief we can actually turn the tide in the local fight against homelessness because of the partnerships that have developed in the community.
