We speak with a gentleman and family member who has hospitality running through is veins literally!! He shares his passion and stories of growing up in Jamaica to eventually living in Miami and travelling the world only to come back full circle to where it all began!!

We go into an actual pub (Ye Olde Fighting Cocks) that was once in The Guinness book of records for the oldest pub in the UK. We sit down with the manger for an amazing chat and a few beers! A few ghost stories also. You must listen, it had us laughing!!

A gentleman who developed his skills on a journey through various cities and locations, developing his craft, mixed into the busy city life to now end up in the beautiful Island of Curacao. Its almost like the movie #cocktails.

We take a trip back to Ireland to have a chat with an amazing pastry chef and got a sneak peak into her journey being a pastry chef and sharing her ups and downs working through changes only to find her happy place and be re-inspired!
