Happy Holidays, and a merry day after christmas if you just celebrated that. This week's episode is a little different, a little more laid-back due to the festivities. You might have already heard it, if you saw the IG live I did a couple weeks back on my account @ahippieinavan with Sabrina Katz of @sustainablesabs, but if not, we chat all about zero waste, veganism, minimalism, including common zero waste misconceptions, tips on going vegan, using a safety razor, her favorite books, new years resolutions, and we answer a few questions from the live viewers as well. To give her a proper introduction, Sabrina Katz is a texas girl now living in Brooklyn new york, working as the communication and marketing director for the wally shop, the first zero waste grocery delivery company, launching now in select NYC zip codes. Because we were recording on both our computers for the podcast audio, and on our cell phones for the IG live, there are a few places where there's a slight echo, and also I accidentally muted my side of the recording for the very first two questions I asked, so here's Sabs with how she got started in both zero waste and veganism, as well as how she ended up in New York.
