My guest today is George Siegal. He began his career in front of the camera as a newscaster, sportscaster, and weather caster. He worked in markets from Los Angeles to San Francisco, Seattle, Detroit, and San Antonio, Texas. In addition to his work in front of the camera, George was also a feature reporter and producer. In 2001, he formed J.E.L Productions, a video production company that produces commercials, infomercials, television programs, and documentary films. George is most proud of his latest venture, forming the nonprofit documentary film company Move the World Films, Inc. He wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning documentary films The Last House Standing and License to Parent. Today we're talking about how to plan for natural disasters and what you can do today to make sure you're as prepared as possible if disaster strikes.
