This was in keeping with the covenant that God made with Abraham. God told him that was still havin a baby with his wife, but Araham response was one of laughter, thinking that him and his wfe were to old; "Then Abraham fell upon his face laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? And shall Sarah, that is ninety years, bear?" (IGenesis 17:17).

How to study the Bible: IX. Let's talk about SANCTIFICATION; Most are confuse when it comes to being Sanctified. Some believe being sabctified is something you get, some believe that being sanctified is a feeling, some believe being snactified is in something and only a few can wear the title, and they don't know themselves. I love the definition that Apostle Peter gives it, "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light." (I Peter 2:9).

What communion has light with darkness? The answer is none. Once there was darkness, but when the light is turn on darkness anticipate. It's hard at times to let go, but at times we might heed to do that, if we can not remain strong.

How to study the Bible: IX. Being Unequally Yoked with the unbelievers. How do we unequally ourselves with a unbeliever/ In the world we live in today that has become easy to do, with so many that are living according to their own cadace, and not being obedient to the cross of Christ and the example of the apostles. Paul asked these questions, these questions should cause us to think: what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness or what communion that light has with darkness, or with what agreement that Christ has with Satan, or what part do the believers has with unbelivers, and the answer to all these questions is none.

How to study the Bible: IX Cutting off of sin: Another antedote of cutting off sin is in we associate ourselves with, who we consider our friends. The Lord knows we live in a world that is sinful, but as christians we need to fight the urge of sin. Yes, God knows it is in our nature to sin, but it is up to us to be dedicated to Christ enough to not put ourselves in the path of Satan, and thats in who we decided to be yoked together with; "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? (II Corinthians 6:14-18).
