In this episode we speak to former Ireland centre Lynne Cantwell about her recently appointed role as High Performance Manager of the South African Women's team.
Lynne is such an inspiration person who wants to make real change within the game. She explains what attracted her to the role, what she wants to achieve and why World Cup postponement is being viewed as a positive in the South African camp. We also hear two hilarious stories for Tale, Joke, Bottle of Coke involving an X-Ray machine and some silky shorts!
Lucy and Anna also preview the upcoming matches in this year's Six Nations championship, including England v Scotland (kick-off Saturday 15:00) and France v Wales (kick-off Saturday 20:00). Plus how Ireland are getting on in camp.
