The power of a village:

1. Everyone is going to go through some thing it’s just often that they don’t go through the same things or at the same time  


2. A positive response to difficult challenges produce a better outcome

4. What you’re willing to expose, share with others and ask for help and is when true healing begins 

There is a love conundrum happening in the world today. There are those who want to be miss independent and others who pursuing an aggressive soft life. I identify with being with the independent babe. But heart has finally desired love. And in this pursuit of understanding what I want my love life to look like and how I want show up, I started to ask myself girl why are you even single?

Ruth 3 verse 1 - 4  One day Ruth’s mother-in-law Naomi said to her, “My daughter, I must find a home for you, where you will be well provided for. 2 Now Boaz, with whose women you have worked, is a relative of ours. Three reasons why he does want you

I wouldn’t consider myself a jealous person. Nor would I consider myself to be one that desires what other people have but I’ve been in my feelings. If my jealousy, envy and covetousness were toward a person, then I believer God could fix it quick. But I have been feeling this way toward God asking “God why not me?”

Verse 4-5 …. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.
Cain wanted to be accepted by God 
He didn’t kill Abel until he realized God favored his bother more

Then the Lord said to Cain, 
1) Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? 
2) But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.

Galatians 5:22-23 says: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control 
Habakkuk 2:3-4 “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.

Well it looks like we have reach our destination!

Trusting God hurts  | #1 Faith based Podcast

For starters, I don’t know what I am doing. Not only do I not know what i am doing, I am in pain doing. Some times and if I’m honest, most of the times, I feel like hiding in the closet and crying because it’s all hard. I trust God but the pain makes it hard for me to trust myself. What do you do when trusting Gods hurts too much?

People talk about the Jesus year but not the Jesus’ Journey 

- Jesus stays behind in the temple, left with his parents, manages to continue growing, then gets baptized by John and the Holy sprit enters him  

Jesus Is Tested in the Wilderness Luke 4:1-13

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.

- Verse 13 - When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.

Roman Chapter 8  - Present Suffering and Future Glory

18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 

Religions, New age, physics, televisions

 - It hurts but what is on the other side of this hurt is glorious

22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. 

firstfruits = Holy Spirit 
 (the redemption of our bodies) -  Definition of Redemption - the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil.

Be kind to your body, soul and mind

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Feels like puzzle because it is.  
Let the Holy Spirit help you

28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Hebrews 4:15 -  For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.

As I continue to work through my spiritual heaviness, I’m realizing that a lot of my weight comes from unforgiveness. While I have been able to mend broken relationships, the traumatic memories themselves have taken root and are now sprouting in my heart. My frustration with this issue lead me to ask god, how do you forget the things you’re willing to forgive.

Forgiveness has been essential to growth from a child but as an adult, the things I can’t forget are being tiggers in my life. 

What does the Bible says bout how we out to forgive? 
Micah 7:18ESV
Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love.

Matthew 18:21-22ESV 
Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy-seven times.

Matthew chapter 18  verse 21-35  tell the story of a king who forgave his servants debt, the servant went to the person who owed him money and had the man arrested. 

Soft babe life = is the serenity prayer. 

Proverbs 15:1
A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

Ephesians 4:32
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

In this life, there will always be trouble. The trouble we participate in and the ones we endure but Jesus left us his PEACE. The peace the sleeps in the middle of storm. The peace that asks God to forgive that’s that persecute us. The peace the that can build great relationship among sinners.

Well it looks like we have reach our destination  may the the peace of Christ rule in your hearts
