In today’s podcast I went over why I workout everyday and why you should consider working out more. You don’t have to work out everyday but I do believe that going to the gym a few times a week can help you when dealing with stress levels, boosting energy, attention, focus, and concentration. I believe that I have a ton of knowledge, understanding, uncertainly, questions, and ideas that not many others have or think in the same way. For the longest time I have wanted to put out my ideas and thinking for other to decipher and re-question, interpret, or answer and understand what I am saying.

The problem I ran into is I don’t know the best way to package this content for the listening or reader to be able to consume it. I just need to put my information out and figure along the way with feedback from the audience and learn what works best.

It seems to me that whenever I get into a debate or argument I am always on the other side of things and not many people usually tend to agree with what I am saying. I am trying to understand things in new ways and new lights and want for feedback from others. Be able to get my ideas out there and let people that are more experienced with more knowledge and expertise to answer, solve, and discuss more on a certain concept.
