The grapes are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Pinoy Blanc which are grapes approved in Champagne France.

Trader Joe's has Rack Nad Riddle produce this Bubbly and they produce many brands.

They have been in business since 2007 and they know how to make Sparkling Wine/Bubbly.

This $9.99 drinks as well or better than most Bubbly under $25.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023-New Zealand Revisited

I have been sampling Sauvignon Blanc from every country but New Zealand.

I returned to one of the prime examples of value-priced  NZ Sav Blanc and I was surprised.

This is a lower alcohol (12%), subtle wine, with a softer body and less peaky flavors.

It was as tasty as ever, just more refined and controlled
