It’s been awhile since I checked in with you, so how are you? How have you been doing? I just wanted to make a couple short announcements.

Second, I wanted to remind you about the Q&A feature on Spotify! Feel free to not only answer the questions, but also use that as a way to let me know if you have any ideas on new episodes! I would LOVE your input and feedback! Coming up pretty soon I’m gonna be experimenting with some different types of episodes, maybe introduce some guided meditations? What do you think?
